1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days (may vary by location).

  • Remote or special zones may take longer.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on promotional orders or minimum order value.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide a valid and complete delivery address.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of personal care and fragrance products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns Accepted

  • Only unopened, unused, and sealed products can be returned.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Returns Not Accepted

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Products purchased during special sale/clearance events (unless defective).

Damaged / Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality checks.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

  • Customers can return eligible items and place a new order.
