How often should I wash with it?
Two or three times a week for most hair types. Daily if your scalp is oily. It is gentle enough not to strip colour.
Can I use it on coloured hair?
Yes. It is sulphate-free, which is what usually strips colour. Follow with conditioner on the lengths.
Will 30% rice ferment make my hair stiff?
No. Protein can build up over months and cause stiffness, but at this level and with normal washing, it does not. If hair ever feels brittle, alternate with a moisturising shampoo for a week.
Do I still need conditioner?
Yes. Shampoo cleans the scalp; conditioner smooths the lengths. They are different jobs and this does not replace both.
How long before hair feels stronger?
Smoothness from the first or second wash. Real strength against breakage takes 8 to 10 weeks, because it is about the new hair growing in.
